Return policy

At Personomic, we are confident in the quality of our bike grips as well as the accuracy of the hand scan and the fit of the bike grips. Our experience in delivering the bike grips to customers in over 30 countries has shown that the fit is deemed perfect by most of our customers. However, we understand that there can be exceptions and sometimes returns may be necessary.
If you are not satisfied with your bike grips, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for returns, you must have shown a reasonable willingness to provide us with feedback regarding any issues you experience with your bike grips. Our feedback procedure aims to provide us with sufficient data to assist you in resolving your issues.

The feedback process is described below:

1. It is important that the bike grips are mounted properly onto the handlebars. We will send instructions on how to properly mount the bike grips and may ask you to send us pictures of the mounted bike grips from multiple angles.

2. If you continue to experience issues with your bike grips despite step 1, we will investigate the problem further. We will ask for your feedback based on a standardized questionnaire that will be emailed to you by our customer service team. We may also ask you to provide photos of you gripping the bike grips to analyze the fit.

3. We will create and send you a new version of the grips with a better fit based on the information obtained from the previous step. If you wish to receive a full refund instead, we will process the refund for 100% of the purchase price upon receiving the returned item. Please note that all shipping charges for the return must be paid by you in advance.
